'Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators.' Surat Al- Mu'minun (23:14)
'Have We not made the earth as a wide expanse, and the mountains as pegs' Surat Al- Mu'minun (78:6 & 78: 7)
The Qur’an describes how mountains are shaped as pegs in the crust.
'Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.' Surah An- Nur (24:45)
The Qur’an states that every living creature is created from water.
'So today We will save you in body that you may be to those who succeed you a sign. And indeed, many among the people, of Our signs, are heedles' Surah Yunus (10:92)
The Qur’an states the preservation of fir’own.
Everything that begins to exist has a cause. The universe began to exist, therefore, the universe has a cause. The cause of what begins something is distinct from the thing itself. The Universe has a cause,
therefore the universe has a cause distinct from itself.
If the universe is physical, temporal, limited, contingent/dependant, etc, then the cause is non-physical, eternal, uncaused, infinite and has at it’s essence, existence. ‘Qul huwa Allahu ahad, Allahu samad, lam yalid wa lam yulad, wa lam yakullahu kufuwan ahad.’ Say He is is God, the One. God the Uncaused, the Eternal. He begets not, nor is he begotten. There is nothing like him known.’
The way God describes himself in the Qur’an is the exact way the cosmological argument works.
